Last summer, I came across a recipe for how to season and cook steaks. It only requires a few ingredients, and tastes sooooooo good! Jon and I use it for so many grilling items...from steaks to hamburgers. It will definitely make your meats so juicy and tender! I wanted to share it on the blog, and I hope you will try it out next time you're grilling. Here is the blog I'm borrowing it from: The Gaines Gang
Ingredients:
La Choy Soy Sauce
Lawry's Garlic Salt
Steak (or hamburgers)
In a pan, dish or anything with sides, soak your steaks with the soy sauce. Completely cover both sides very liberally with the sauce and let the steaks sit in the run-off. Dash garlic salt, covering both sides completely. Let them stand at least 5 minutes, but no longer than 30 (or they'll be too salty).
Next, turn your grill on at medium-high heat, and grill about 10 minutes per side.
I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe!
YUM! You can make this for me when I visit haha
